| Major materials: | Provided by piling contractor. |
3. Preve' Condominium at Soi Ruamrudee, Bangkok.

| Client: | Bangkok Home Co;Ltd. |
| Period: | Approximate 90 days from 16th February 2008. |
| Major materials: | Provided by client. |
4. The Platinum Hotel at Petchburi road, Bangkok.

| Client: | Syntec Construction Plc. |
| Period: | Approximate 120 days from 1st April 2008 |
| Major materials: | Provided by piling contractor. |
Total contract value of above 4 projects (exclude Vat) is THB: 106,867,800.00 (Thai baht: one hundred six million eight hundred sixty seven thousand and eight hundred only)
These transactions are normal and in ordinary course of our business.
