Subject: Rectification for resolution of the Board of Director's Meeting No.1/2010
Attention: President The Stock Exchange of Thailand
As Seafco Public Company Limited had announced resolution of the Board of Director's meeting no. 1/2010 to The Stock Exchange of Thailand on 26th February 2010 according to Seafco letter ref.no. SEAFCO-010-004. Seafco would like to rectify the resolution item no.5 and no.7 as follows:-
5. Date for the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders year 2010 will be held on Thursday April 8, 2010 9.00 hrs. at Queen Sirikit National Convention Center Meeting room no.3-4
7. To determine Monday April 26, 2010 for the right to gain dividened, Tuesday April 27, 2010 for the share transfer closing date and Friday May 7, 2010 for dividened payment.
