1. Villa Sathorn building project at Taksin road, Bangkok.

| Period: | Approximate 60 days from 1st November 2007. |
2. 27 Storey condominium at Sukhumvit 59 road, Bangkok.

| Client: | Thai Factory Development Public Company Limited. |
| Contract value excl. Vat: | THB. 13,551,400.00 (Thai baht thirteen million five hundred fifty one thousand and four hundred only) |
| Period: | Approximate 60 days from 16th October 2007. |
3. The Sukhothai Residences project at Sathorn road, Bangkok.
| Description: | Bored piling and diaphragm wall works |
| Clint: | Grace Ivory Co., Ltd. |
| Contract value excl.materials and Vat: | THB. 145,000,000.00 (Thai baht one hundred and forty five million only) |
| Period: | Approximate 150 days from 12 October 2007. |
The total contract amount of above projects is THB: 168,851,400.00 (Thai baht: one hundred sixty eight million eight hundred fifty one thousand and four hundred only)
This transaction is normal and in ordinary course of our business.
