Subject Schedule on the Exercise of ESOP Warrants to Purchase New Ordinary Shares, no. 5 (the final time)
Attention President The Stock Exchange of Thailand
Seafco Public Company Limited would like to provide information regarding the exercise of ESOP Warrants to purchase New Ordinary Shares No.5 (final) of Seafco Public Company Limited. The details are as follows:-
1. The exercise date is October 31, 2007
2. The notification exercise of the ESCOP Warrant is October 9, 2007 - October 30, 2007 during 8.30 am. - 4.00 pm.
3. The exercise price is 5.- Baht per 1 ordinary share.
4. The exercise ratio is 1 unit of ESOP warrants per 1 ordinary share.
5. ESOP Warrant - holders can exercise their Warrants as below :
5.1 A duly completed form of Notification of Intention to Exercise the ESOP Warrants (the form of Notification of Intention to Exercise the ESOP Warrants may be obtained at Seafco Public Company Limited.)
5.2 An ESOP Warrant certificate signed by a Warrant - holder.
5.3 A copy of the certified identification card or passport for a natural person.
5.4 Duty stamps for the amount required by the provisions of the Revenue Code in respect of the Stamp Duty or any rule of other law applicable to the exercise of rights to purchase ordinary shares.
5.5 Payment in such amount as specified in clause 3.
5.6 The payment may be made by cash, cheque or cashier's cheque which can be collected through a clearing house in Bangkok. Such instruments shall be dated on the relevant Exercise Date and shall be payable in the order of "Account for the payment of Subscription Price For Seafco Public Company Limited"
