1. Intercontinental Hotel at Hua Hin project

3. Bored piling project for over pass bridge of the bridge construction and rehabilitation center no. 2

| Period: | Approximate 60 days from 1st October 2007 |
The total contract amount of above projects is THB: 139,671,800.00 (Thai baht: one hundred thirty nine million six hundred seventy one thousand and eight hundred only)
These transactions are normal and in ordinary course of our business.
